Meet our co-founders, Larry and Marci Kirby, the heart and soul behind Love in Every Face. Their journey together began with a shared passion for music and a longing for deeper meaning in life.
Larry Kirby
Co-founder | Executive DirectorFrom his early years, Larry has always been captivated by the arts. His teenage years saw him developing a strong affinity for photography and music. Larry’s professional journey is marked by his entrepreneurial spirit, having initiated and managed small businesses throughout his career. Today, he leverages his business acumen and organizational skills, together with his passion for photography and music, to fuel his boundless enthusiasm for the mission of Love in Every Face.

Marci Kirby
Co-founder | Love’s Chorus LiaisonMarci has always been driven by curiosity and creativity. From a young age, her interests in art, photography and music became a platform for expressing her unique talents and abiding sense of Love for others. Her relentless quest for deeper meaning, paired with her entrepreneurial spirit, has guided her journey from a professional background in small business to the heart of Love in Every Face.
She is the primary liaison with Love’s Chorus members. She also fills the critical role of keeping the passion and purpose alive when doubts creep in.
A Shared Journey
When Larry and Marci met in 1998, their shared love for singing and their desire to inspire others brought them together in a church choir. Their early years were marked by musical projects that revolved around this shared sense of purpose. However, the need for financial security soon led them to jobs that, while stable, lacked the meaningful fulfillment they sought.
But their shared purpose was never far away, and one magical evening, as they watched photos scroll by on a TV screen accompanied by heart-opening music, the spark was reignited. That moment planted the seed for Love in Every Face, a platform to showcase the power of love and unity, and to inspire empathy, acceptance, and compassion in the world.
Today, Larry and Marci, with the help of their inspired community, Love’s Chorus, co-create digital experiences, known as Love’s Vision. These presentations serve to open viewers’ hearts, fostering empathy, love, and compassion, and promoting non-judgmental attitudes, tolerance and acceptance. Through Love in Every Face, they are giving Love a chance to heal and unite us all!

Larry and Marci Kirby started this nonprofit, but they believe it’s really about everyone. That’s why Love’s Chorus, our community of creative people, is so vitally important. We all make up Love in Every Face, working together to show how Love can heal and unite us—because Love is really about all of us!
