Submissions should reflect themes of healing, unity, and connection. Please ensure your files align with our mission and do not include inappropriate content (e.g., sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory material).

Accepted Formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, MP3, WAV, PDF, DOC, DOCX. If your file format differs, please Contact Us.

File Size Limit: Each uploaded file must not exceed 10 MB. If your file is too large, consider compressing it before submission. If you don’t already have a compression tool, Tinify is a popular and time-tested option.
